[00:00:28] Hey guys, Connor here. How's it going? Today I want to talk about feeling worried. Is there anything you're worried about recently?

[00:00:41] There are many things that make people feel worried, right?

[00:00:46] For example, becoming too fat, going to the dentist, or if you're a high school student then maybe finishing homework on time makes you feel worried.

[00:01:00] But as for me, I feel pretty happy nowadays. I recently started my own business. So I think right now it's a turning point in my life.

[00:01:11] But I sometimes wonder, will my business be a success? Can I make enough money? Nothing is 100% certain. So naturally I feel a little worried.

[00:01:23] Though, I guess I spent a lot of time studying how to start a business, so I'm sure it will be okay.

[00:01:32] However, it can't be helped. I feel worried when I don't know about the future.

[00:01:38] I'm also in a long distance relationship with my partner and we haven't met since the COVID 19 pandemic began. So sometimes I feel worried about that too. I feel worried when my partner is isn't happy. But she is a strong person, so I will try my best not to feel worried for her.

[00:02:02] So what do you do to stop feeling worried? I guess in my situation right now, I will continue to work hard on my business and try to talk to my partner more often when I work hard or talk to my partner, I don't feel worried. I completely forget about all my worries. I think talking to people is a great way to calm down and stop feeling worried. Don't you agree?

[00:02:31] Also, when were you the most worried in your life? For me, it was probably when I was waiting to get my final results from university, I was so worried that I didn't pass the exam, but of course I passed. So actually I had nothing to worry about in the end. Everything was okay. So everyone let's try not to worry too much.

[00:02:59] Okay. Anyway, how about you, when do you feel worried? Do you get worried often? What makes you worry and how do you stop yourself from worrying too much? I want to hear your answer too. So please send me a voice message. If you're listening to this on Anchor FM.

[00:03:20] Today's episode was a little short, wasn't it? But as always, thank you so much for listening guys.

[00:03:28] I'll be making some more episodes on different feelings in English, in the future. So please look forward to those soon.

[00:03:36] See you next time and have a good one.
