[00:00:00] Hey guys, long time no see. It's been awhile, hasn't it? Well, the holiday season is coming up, so I haven't had much time to make a podcast, but from now on, there's going to be a new episode every Friday.

[00:00:23] So please look forward to that. Anyway, how's it going? As for me, well, recently I had been feeling a bit under the weather.

[00:00:33] What does under the weather mean? Well, it means that I hadn't been feeling well. I was feeling sick.

[00:00:41] It's nothing serious, so no need to worry. And now I'm feeling much better, but it's quite unusual for me to feel under the weather.

[00:00:51] A few weeks ago, I had a migraine, a migraine is like a headache. But it's a very strong headache, which lasts a long time. However, I took some medicine every day and it eventually got better.

[00:01:06] But the week after that, I had a dodgy stomach, which means my stomach wasn't feeling very good. I'm not sure why. Maybe it was something I ate. But again, it doesn't usually happen.

[00:01:22] For example, my diet is pretty healthy and I almost never eat junk food. So I don't think that is the reason why I got sick.

[00:01:32] But I think it might be because I haven't been exercising too much recently. I still try to walk outside every day, but I haven't been doing any strength training. So maybe my immunity is a bit low nowadays.

[00:01:47] I'm always working from home, so I should try and exercise as much as possible. Sitting at a desk all day isn't that great for your body. So I'll try to be more active to increase my immunity.

[00:02:01] Also, I think it might be because I have so many things I need to do recently, so maybe my mind is under a lot of stress. When you're stressed, this also affects your immunity, right? So it's important not to stress yourself out.

[00:02:19] So this week I've tried to relax as much as possible. I still have a lot of work to do, but I try not to think about it so much. Sometimes you just need to take it easy and recharge.

[00:02:32] But as you can see, since you're listening right now, I've began making podcasts again, though, making podcasts is actually quite relaxing. It's nice to just talk about whatever is on my mind. In a way, it's kind of like my own diary. So for me, it's a good way to relieve any stress.

[00:02:53] I also have a lot planned for my website and English school next year. So I need to get into the habit of making more content, but again, I'll try not to overdo it. I'll take it easy.

[00:03:06] What about you guys? What do you do to make yourself feel better when you're under the weather? Do you have any tips or tricks? I would love to hear them.

[00:03:17] Anyway, quite a short one today. Actually the podcast may be a little shorter from now on just because I think it'll be more helpful for people who use my podcast to study. And I'll also be able to make more of them. Maybe they'll be about three minutes long. We will see.

[00:03:38] Next week's episode will actually be released on Christmas day. So that will be my Christmas present to you all!
