eigo.io is an educational service that operates as a sole trader under the name EIGO IO, which is based in the United Kingdom and registered at the address of Liverpool, Merseyside, L19 7AD.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the service.
By using the service, you are agreeing to following terms and conditions, which apply to all users, visitors and others who access the service. Disagreeing to these terms will not allow users to make use of the service and features.
By creating an account on eigo.io, you agree that the information you use solely belongs to you and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for safeguarding your information, whether it is used for our service or a third party service. In the unlikely event of a breach or unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
eigo.io does not process or store your credit card information. All payments are processed through Memberstack and Stripe, depending on the type of plan purchased by the user.
When you purchase a plan on eigo.io, you are granted access to the features assigned to that plan. it is up to you not to share your account with other users who have not purchased a plan on eigo.io. Violation of this condition may result in termination of the plan without refund. Users on a Student plan are entitled to lessons for the duration of their contract and must renew their contract if they wish to continue using the service after termination.
Plans can be cancelled at any time.
If a user who has purchased an annual Student plan decides to cancel before the last month of their contract, he/she will be charged a fee based on the number of months used to date and will receive a refund according to this fee.
For example:
If the monthly base rate exceeds the total cost of the package purchased, then the user will not be eligible for a refund. In this scenario, it's better to continue using the contract until it expires.
All users must notify me before cancelling their package or subscription in order to receive a refund.
All monthly plans are exempt from refund unless there are extenuating circumstances. For example, if you are unexpectedly ill and/or hospitalised and unable to take lessons, then you will be eligible for a refund. Evidence in the form of a note or document is required in these circumstances.
As plans are based on a subscription model, if you simply forget to cancel your plan before the next payment date, you will not be eligible for a refund as users are made aware of the recurring payments before signing up.
It is advised that you cancel your plan and continue taking lessons until the termination date of your plan.
Refunds take 5-10 days to be processed and sent to your bank account.
These terms and conditions may be modified without notice. Users, visitors and others must agree to any revisions made to the current state of the service.

サービスを利用する前にこれらの条件をよくお読みください。
サービスを利用することにより、以下の条件に同意することになり、この条件はサービスにアクセスするすべてのユーザー、訪問者およびその他の人に適用されます。
本規約に同意されない場合、本サービスおよびその機能をご利用いただくことはできません。
eigo.ioにアカウントを作成することにより、お客様は、お客様自身にのみ帰属する情報を使用し、他者と共有してはならないことに同意するものとします。
ユーザーは、このサービスまたは第三者のサービスのいずれに使用されるかにかかわらず、自分の情報を保護する責任を負うものとします。
万一、アカウントの侵害や不正使用があった場合は、直ちに私に通知してください。
eigo.ioでは、お客様のクレジットカード情報を処理または保存しません。
すべての支払いは、購入されたプランの種類に応じて、memberstackとstripeを通じて処理されます。
eigo.ioでプランを購入すると、そのプランに割り当てられた機能へのアクセスが許可されます。
eigo.ioでプランを購入していない他のユーザーとアカウントを共有しないことは、ユーザー次第です。
この条件に違反した場合、返金なしでプランが終了することがあります。
学生プランのユーザーは、契約期間中レッスンを受けることができ、終了後も引き続きサービスを利用したい場合は、契約を更新する必要があります。
プランはいつでも解約できます。
年間Studentプランを購入したユーザーが契約最終月以前に解約を決めた場合、これまで利用した月数分の月額料金が請求され、この料金に基づき返金が行われます。
例えば
毎月の基本料金が購入したプランの総費用を上回る場合、ユーザーは返金を受けることができません。
この場合、契約が切れるまで使い続ける方が得策です。
すべてのユーザーは、返金を受けるために、プランをキャンセルする前に私に通知する必要があります。
毎月お支払いいただくプランの場合は、やむを得ない事情でレッスンを受けられなくなった場合を除き、返金の対象外となります。返金を希望される場合は、お問い合わせください。
プランは、サブスクリプションモデルに基づいているため、次回のお支払い日までにプランをキャンセルすることを忘れた場合、返金の対象とはなりません。
プランを解約し、プランの終了日までレッスンを受け続けることをお勧めします。
返金処理には5～10日かかり、銀行口座に振り込まれます。
本規約は、予告なく変更されることがあります。
利用者、訪問者等は、本サービスの現状に応じた改定に同意するものとします。
